How did we come up with the name, Seabreeze Real Estate Group?
Vicky Bennett’s grandfather, William C. Hall was an entrepreneur, starting out working in a saw mill at the tender age of 12. He had to leave school & work to help his mother feed the family after his father was severely injured. Having lived most of his life on Digby Neck, he moved his family to Deep Brook, Nova Scotia in 1954 to what was formally known as the Seabreeze Hotel & Cottages. There he farmed and started his Excavating Company, William C. Hall & Sons. His wife ran the “Seaside Canteen” a little restaurant next to the house. Passing away at the age of 64 from ALS, he showed amazing resilience and how to die with dignity. It is only fitting that this venture be dedicated to him, his wife Stella and the Seabreeze.
Together, William & Stella fostered a love of people & business, leading Vicky to a passion in helping her clients meet their real estate goals.
Laura Boone MacIntosh was born in Cape Breton and grew up in Dartmouth. With a love of the sea and a degree in business, the name also fits with Laura's background. Laura is an avid crafter, gardener, and has an abounding love of the outdoors. Many a weekend (when she has the time) you can find her with her family at any one of the many campgrounds in Nova Scotia. Her warmth and charm go a long way in making her client's feel "at home". Laura now resides in Eastern Passage where she loves to walk on the beach and smell the ocean "breeze".
